Can I rent a boat for the day someplace near Virginia beach? If so, where would you suggest? It must be something I can cook on and just relax for a day.
I want to be able to fish near the shoreline.

Unless someone from or knowledgeable about the marinas in VA Beach responds your best bet is going to be to contact the marinas in that area and ask. If you do a Google search of "Virginia Beach Marinas" you get more than you care to call but it's your best bet. Here's a sampling of what is returned:
