- Simple harboring = 5 years federal prison and $250,000 fine. Complications can bring that up to life in prison! (If the person you are harboring drives and kills someone it's life. Even if it was an accident)
- Only if he is intentionally hiding an illegal from authority. If he is housing an illegal and feeding him or her because he or she is hungry, no. I am against illegal immigration, but I am not going to let someone die in the cold simply because he does not have his papers. I am not the authority. I would always encourage an illegal to do the right thing.
